This is a difficult time for everyone, and our thoughts are with all those affected by the second wave. Many people within our circles—team members, friends, and family—have been directly impacted. The current surge is placing severe strain on the healthcare system nationwide. We are closely monitoring the situation and following guidance from government and public health authorities while doing our best to assist where possible. We have personally reached out to many of you for help sourcing plasma, hospital beds, and medical care for team members and relatives in various locations. It has been deeply heartening to see so many friends, colleagues, and neighbours go beyond their means to help.
We want to share a message of solidarity and compassion. No storm lasts forever; it does not rain continuously. Difficulties pass, and they do not stay. Please try not to worry.
We are addressing this challenge by focusing on three priorities: safety, business continuity, and supporting those in need. The health and safety of our team, partners, and customers remain our highest priority. We have introduced procedures to protect employees while continuing to serve clients and extend support to those who require assistance.
