About Sandeep: He is the Head of Human Resources at EarlySalary, with over 10 years of international HR experience across industries.

The Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic has disrupted businesses worldwide, strained finances, and created widespread concern. As infections and fatalities have risen globally, protecting health and sharing accurate information has become essential. At EarlySalary, we recognize the seriousness of COVID-19 and have implemented measures to ensure both employee safety and uninterrupted service for our customers. The well-being of our employees and their families is our top priority.

Below are the key steps EarlySalary has taken to maintain operations while minimizing risk to staff and customers:

  • We have distributed staff across multiple EarlySalary offices to reduce crowding and lower transmission risk.
  • Employees have the option to work from home, and we have enabled the tools and support needed for effective remote work.
  • We rely on collaboration platforms such as Zoom and Google Hangouts to stay connected. To help teams adjust to extended remote work, we hold learning sessions on maintaining motivation and productivity, along with regular weekly team meetings.
  • Travel is restricted for employees to reduce potential exposure during commutes or business trips.
  • All personnel receive guidance on safety measures, including personal hygiene, minimizing physical contact, and other public health recommendations.

Despite the challenges posed by the pandemic, EarlySalary remains committed to delivering consistent service. We have executed business continuity plans and exercises to ensure operations remain functional and reliable. While prioritizing a safe environment for our teams, we continue to serve customers around the clock.

I am proud of how our teams have adapted quickly and responsibly. As an app-based service, our products and support remain available seven days a week. We understand that economic disruption increases the need for timely financial solutions. Instant salary-based loans with transparent terms can be important for people facing sudden cash flow issues, and EarlySalary is prepared to meet that demand. Our account managers are available for calls and video consultations to help with any queries.

For individuals, we urge everyone to take sensible precautions: wash hands frequently with soap or sanitizer, avoid unnecessary travel, practice social distancing, and seek medical attention promptly if symptoms appear. Prevention remains the best approach.

My colleague Suneta Bhoslay, Deputy Manager (HRD) at EarlySalary, captured this sentiment in a short poem:

Hopping, skipping and having fun
No one knew the fear of one (Virus)
Shaking hands and hugging each other
Never before was a threat to one another
They said it is spreading far and wide
We never saw its might and the plight
Some lost the battle and others seek how to tackle
Never was hygiene taken so seriously
It’s the question of our loved ones now dangerously
Let’s keep ourselves well hydrated, hands are clean and faces masked
Better late than never
Let’s win this battle forever

Stay HOME, Stay SAFE.
